Over the years, Willoughby has been my favorite street
Downtown. Many little treasures haunt this back street
behind the flare of Fulton Mall. A number of small educational institutions
live here, good pubs and a decent book store.
At the end of this picture is the Fort Green Park.
On the hill on top of the trees is a glimmer of the
Revolutionary War memorial. Just past the view of this
hill was anchored the prison ship Jersey. Many good Americans
Died defending their country while starved on board this
notorious prison ship.
Eight Soldiers of the Battle of Brooklyn are interned
at the Monument
