A Surveyor identifying themselves as being from ABCOPP will be conducting your onsite survey for Accreditation. If you do not let the ABCOPP Surveyor conduct the onsite survey, your Pharmacy will be placed at the end of the list and you may miss the September 30^th, 2009 DMEPOS Accreditation Deadline. You will also be assessed a re-survey fee.”
